Saw this on pinterest the other day, and I loved it so much
I decided to make my own outdoor version of it.
So fun, and easy too!
I found the easiest way to make the bats was to fold black cardstock in half, and then cut an upward curve on top, and wavy curves on the bottom with the points facing down.
The end result was, in a word:
Aren't they fun little spooky critters?
We have a lot of kids at our complex and they've already started wandering closer and closer trying to figure out what these devilish fliers truly are.
...note the baby bat.
On a side note, I found that many of my bats looked like mustaches.
Oh well.
your hair is getting long :) your bats are truly the cutest little decorations... and I want to see more of your new house. Looks adorable.
